I really need to make a habit out of waking up early to go to the gym. I went at 5:30am today, spent an hour working out (30 minutes on the treadmill, 25 on the elliptical) and got home in time for fajr. :) I do have a couple of goals for October.
-work out for 1hr a day 5 days a week, 2 of those days should include strength training
-go the entire month without binging on something unhealthy
-lose 5-8 lbs
